摘要
当前云展览服务快速发展,而学界对于云展览参展观众体验感的研究较为匮乏。基于人机交互相关文献和沉浸理论构建云展览观众体验感的影响因素模型,并通过结构方程模型进行实证检验。研究发现,云展览人机交互的不同维度对观众参展体验感的影响存在差异。其中,交互信息通过感知愉悦性对参展体验感产生影响,交互技术通过专注度对参展体验感产生影响,交互任务则通过感知愉悦性和专注度对参展体验感产生影响。研究结论丰富了云展览服务用户体验感的影响因素研究,并为云展览服务供应商的管理实践提供理论指导。
With the rapid development of cloud exhibition services,there is a lack of research on the audience experience of cloud exhibition.In this study,a theoretical model about the influence of different dimensions of human-computer interaction on audience experience of cloud exhibition was constructed,and flow experience was introduced as the mediating variable,and empirical test was conducted by structural equation model.It is found that different dimensions of human-computer interaction in cloud exhibition have different influences on the paths and degree audience experience.Among them,interactive information has an impact on the exhibition experience through the perceived pleasure;interactive technology has an impact on the exhibition experience through the concentration;and interactive tasks have an impact on the exhibition experience through the perceived pleasure and concentration.The conclusions of this paper serve to enrich the research scope of user experience in cloud exhibition service,and provide theoretical guidance for the management practice of cloud exhibition service providers.
