我国森林生态承载率测度及地区差异研究 被引量:1

Measurement and Regional Differences of Forest Ecological Carrying Rate in China

摘要 文中以我国31个省(区、市)为研究对象,运用熵权TOPSIS方法测算2011-2020年森林生态承载力与环境污染压力指数,进一步得出森林生态承载率,并依据Dagum基尼系数分析东、中、西部的地区差异。结果表明:1)我国森林生态承载力在2011-2013年呈下降趋势,2014-2020年呈上升趋势;2)环境污染压力在2011-2014年呈下降趋势,2015-2020年呈上升趋势;3)近10年森林年均生态承载率西部地区最高,中部、东部地区相差不大;4)我国森林生态承载率总体差异呈下降趋势,地区内差异比地区间差异大。在此基础上,提出相关建议以提升我国森林生态承载率,为进一步推进生态文明建设提供参考。 This paper takes 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions as research objects and uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to calculate the forest ecological carrying capacity and environmental pollution pressure index from 2011 to 2020 and then obtain the forest ecological carrying rate.Dagum Gini coefficient is used to analyze the regional differences among the eastern,the central and the western regions.The results show that:1)The forest ecological carrying capacity in China decreased from 2011 to 2013 and increased from 2014 to 2020;2)The environmental pollution pressure in China presents a downward trend from 2011 to 2014 and an upward trend from 2015 to 2020;3)The average ecological carrying rate of forests in western China is the highest in the past ten years,and there is little difference between the central and eastern China;and 4)The overall difference in forest ecological carrying rate in China shows a declining trend,and the difference within regions is larger than that between regions.Based on the analysis,suggestions are put forward to improve the ecological carrying rate of forest in China.
