摘要
我国拥有丰富的林草资源,林业机械社会化服务体系构建对我国林草产业高效化、规范化发展具有重要意义。文中概述林业机械社会化服务体系的定义,分析了林业机械社会化服务体系在森林经营、木本粮油作物种采、木竹采运、防沙治沙等领域的应用现状及其在发展中存在的问题,探析林业机械社会化服务体系构建及运行机制。在此基础上,提出促进林业机械发展及应用的5点建议:1)加大科研投入,弥补装备空白;2)建设完善人才体系,培养专业技术人员;3)加强多方资源整合,完善网格化服务站体系;4)推进先进技术交叉融合,组建林机专业化服务队伍;5)构建综合服务团队,完善售后服务水平。
China has abundant forest and grassland resources,and constructing the socialized service system for forestry machinery is of great significance for the efficient and standardized industry development of the forestry and grassland sector in China.This paper reviews the definition of socialized forestry machinery service system,analyzes its application to the fields of forest management,woody grain and oil,wood/bamboo harvesting and transportation and sandification control and the existing problems in the development,and explores its construction and operation regime.On this basis,five suggestions are put forward to provide references for promoting the development and application of forestry machinery,including:1)increasing the investment in scientific research to fill the gap in equipment development;2)building and improving the talent cultivation system to train professionals and technical personnel;3)strengthening multi-sourced resource integration to improve the service station grid system;4)promoting the cross-integration of advanced technologies and setting up a professional service team for forest machinery;and 5)establishing comprehensive service groups to improve the level of after-sales service.
