建筑物下矿山法地铁隧道盾构接收关键技术研究

摘要 建筑物下方常规矿山法地铁隧道盾构接收无地面注浆加固及井点降水条件,为避免地表及建筑物变形过大且确保盾构接收无水条件,提出超前大管棚+两道端头墙+洞内回填砂浆+洞内潜埋井降水的盾构接收方案。以成都地铁5号线科园站—九兴大道站区间建筑物下矿山法地铁隧道盾构接收工程为背景,运用有限元方法分析研究建筑物下矿山法地铁隧道盾构接收地表及建筑物的沉降变形规律,并辅以现场实测手段验证。研究结果表明:基于洞内回填砂浆体及潜埋井降水的盾构接收方案地表沉降极值为3.81 mm,小于地表沉降控制值,且距矿山法隧道端头墙约35 m范围盾构掘进对地表沉降影响显著,施工期间应加强监控量测;盾构接收段正上方建筑物沉降极值为8.52 mm,亦小于建筑物沉降控制值,地表及建筑物沉降极值均位于盾构隧道轴线正上方,且现场实测值与计算值基本吻合,该洞内盾构接收技术方案合理可行且安全可靠。 In view of the none ground grouting reinforcement and well point dewatering conditions for shield receiving of conventional mine tunnel under building and to avoid excessive deformation of ground surface and building and ensure the shield receiving of anhydrous conditions,the shield receiving scheme of advanced large pipe shed+two end walls+backfill mortar in the tunnel+dewatering in the caisson in the tunnel is proposed.The shield receiving project of mine-method tunnel under buildings in the section of Keyuan-Jiuxing Avenue of Chengdu Metro Line 5 is taken as the background,the finite element method is used to analyze and study the settlement and deformation law of the ground surface and buildings,which is verified by field measurement.The research results show that:based on the shield receiving scheme of backfilling mortar body in the tunnel and sinking well dewatering,the extreme value of surface settlement is 3.81 mm,which is less than the control value of surface vertical deformation.In addition,the shield tunneling within the range of about 35 m from the end wall of the mine method tunnel has a significant impact on the surface settlement,and monitoring and measurement shall be strengthened during the construction.The settlement extreme value of the building directly above the shield receiving section is 8.52 mm,which is also less than the control value of the building settlement.The extreme values of ground surface and building settlement are located directly above the axis of the shield tunnel,and the field measured values are basically consistent with the calculated values.Therefore,the shield receiving technical scheme is reasonable,feasible,safe and reliable.
