余甘子提取工艺优化及体外抑菌研究

摘要 目的采用正交设计法优选余甘子的提取工艺并进行体外抑菌实验考察。方法以余甘子鲜果为原材料,以氢氧化钠溶液为提取溶剂,根据单因素试验进行正交实验优化工艺,并以出膏率、抑菌强度的综合评价结果为指标。结果余甘子最优的提取工艺条件为A_(2)B_(1)C_(1)D_(2),即提取溶剂pH值为8.0、料液比为1∶6、提取时间为1 h、提取次数为2次。结论该实验所优选出的提取工艺条件稳定,重现性好,可为余甘子抗菌作用更广泛运用于临床提供生产条件依据。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting process of Phyllanthus emblica L.by orthogonal design and to investigate its antibacterial activity in vitro.METHODS The fresh fruit of Phyllanthus emblica L.was raw material,sodium hydroxide solution was the extracting solvent.According to single factor experiments,the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extracting process,extracting paste rate and antibacterial activity were used as evaluating indicators.RESULTS The optimum extractioo conditions of Phyllanthus emblica L.were A_(2)B_(1)C_(1)D_(2),that is,pH of extraction solvent was 8.0,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶6,the extracting time was 1 h,the extracting times were twice.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction process is stable and reproducible,which can provide the basis for the wider application of Phyllanthus emblica L.antibacterial activity in clinic.
