关于齿轮锻件制造工艺研究

摘要 盘车装置作用是机组运行启动开始时,带动转子低速度旋转使转子加热均匀,以及停机以后盘动转子旋转,使得转子均匀冷却,用以减小转子变形可能性的发生。盘车装置用齿轮是盘车装置重要核心功能部件之一,该部件主要带动咬合齿轮转动,改变螺旋轴的作用力方向,属于动力传输装置之一。文中对30Cr2Ni4MoV钢盘车齿轮锻件采用钢锭的化学元素配比进行优化、优化锻件的热成型方式、适宜的锻件调质热处理制度,后续的力学性能检验、光学显微镜的微观组织分析结果表明,经优化的制造工艺制造出盘车大齿轮的性能优异。 The turning gear is used to drive the rotor to rotate at a low speed when the unit is started to make the rotor evenly heated,or to turn the rotor after shutdown to keep the rotor evenly cooled and reduce the possibility of rotor deformation.The gear for turning gear is one of the important core functional components of the turning gear,which mainly drives the bite gear to rotate and change the force direction of the screw shaft.It belongs to one of the power transmission devices.In this paper,30Cr2Ni4MoV steel turning gear forgings are optimized by using the chemical element ratio of steel ingots,the hot forming method of the forgings is optimized,and the appropriate heat treatment system of the forgings is quenched and tempered.The subsequent mechanical property inspection and microstructure analysis of the optical microscope show that the turning gear manufactured by the optimized manufacturing process has excellent performance.
