速度滑冰运动员下肢肌力不对称性与动态平衡的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Asymmetry in Lower Limb Muscle Strength and Dynamic Balance in Speed Skaters

摘要 目的:通过测量速度滑冰运动员的下肢肌力和动态平衡能力的指标数据,探讨两者之间的关系。方法:选取16名速度滑冰运动员为测试对象,采用等速肌力测试系统(CON-TREX)和下肢YBT测试下肢髋、膝、踝三关节的肌力水平和左右下肢前、后外、后内侧和综合值。结果:髋、膝、踝关节的不对称性均<15%,左右下肢动态平衡(p>0.05)无显著性差异。髋关节(r=-0.52,p=0.048<0.05)、踝关节(r=-0.63,P=0.012<0.05)屈肌离心收缩和踝关节(r=-0.68,P=0.005<0.01)屈肌向心收缩的不对称性与左侧综合值呈显著高度负相关;膝关节(r=-0.56,P=0.029<0.05)屈肌向心收缩和踝关节(r=-0.61,P=0.015<0.05)屈肌离心收缩的不对称性与右侧综合值呈显著高度负相关。结论:速滑滑冰运动员下肢存在不对称性,左右侧动态平衡能力较稳定。与伸肌相比,下肢屈肌不对称性与动态平衡能力呈现更高程度的负相关;与髋、膝关节相比,踝关节的不对称性动态平衡能力呈现更高程度的负相关。 OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the correlation between lower limb muscle strength and dynamic balance in speed skaters by analyzing metrics of muscle strength and dynamic balance.METHODS:Sixteen speed skaters were selected as subjects,and a constant velocity muscle strength testing system(CON-TREX)along with the Lower Limb Y Balance Test(YBT)were employed to assess muscle strength levels at the hip,knee,and ankle joints,as well as the anterior,posterior-lateral,posterior-medial,and composite values for both left and right lower limbs.RESULTS:Asymmetry in the hip,knee,and ankle joints was all below 15%,and no significant difference in dynamic balance was observed between the left and right lower limbs(p>0.05).Remarkable negative correlations were found between asymmetry in eccentric contraction of the hip joint(r=-0.52,p=0.048<0.05),eccentric contraction of the ankle joint(r=-0.63,p=0.012<0.05),and concentric contraction of the ankle joint(r=-0.68,p=0.005<0.01)with the composite value on the left side.Similarly,significant negative correlations were noted between asymmetry in concentric contraction of the knee joint(r=-0.56,p=0.029<0.05)and eccentric contraction of the ankle joint(r=-0.61,p=0.015<0.05)with the composite value on the right side.CONCLUSION:Asymmetry exists in the lower limbs of speed skaters,while dynamic balance remains relatively stable between the left and right sides.In comparison to extensors,lower limb flexor asymmetry exhibits a higher degree of negative correlation with dynamic balance.Furthermore,compared to the hip and knee joints,the ankle joint displays a higher degree of negative correlation with dynamic balance.
