摘要
基于铁路冷链物流智能监测与控制的迫切需求,设计了一套具有智能化环境感知的铁路冷链物流智能监测与控制系统。该系统通过构建多模态传感器和RFID射频技术进行车厢环境数据采集,自动对冷链车厢内部环境及相关设施设备进行监测。在环境异常时系统能够及时调控车厢内部环境,确保货物的新鲜度,减少货损货差;实现铁路货物运输的日常化监测与控制,有效保证在运输途中及时反馈货物相关信息,达到“透明化”运输的效果;通过数据可视化分析,便于工作人员更直观、准确地把握冷链货物环境,不仅能够提供决策支持,还能通过传感器管控降低损耗,不断提高铁路冷链物流运输的信息化、智能化水平。
Based on the urgent demand for intelligent monitoring and control of railway cold chain logistics,this paper designed an intelligent monitoring and control system with intelligent environmental awareness for railway cold chain logistics.The system automatically monitored the internal environment of the cold chain compartment and related facilities by building multi-mode sensors and radio frequency identification(RFID)technology to collect environmental data of the compartment.When the environment is abnormal,the system can adjust the internal environment of the compartment in time to ensure the freshness of the goods and reduce the damage and difference.It can realize the daily monitoring and control of railway freight transportation effectively to ensure the timely feedback of goods-related information during transportation and achieve the effect of“transparent”transportation.Through data visualization analysis,it is convenient for staff to have a more intuitive and accurate grasp of the cold chain cargo environment.It can not only provide decision support but also reduce losses through sensor management and control.In addition,it can constantly improve the informatization and intelligence level of railway cold chain logistics transportation.
