摘要
为了满足科研院所的工作需求,提升工作效率和质量,使用Java作为技术开发手段,构建一个B/S模型的三层架构,设计多层次、跨平台的应用结构,以实现无纸化办公。通过全新的架构设计,实现平台化控制和组件化应用的理念,并且通过一致的数据交换、接口标准和安全性,以及连续模型、根据组件进行设计的工艺方式,使得大颗粒结构可以被有效地复用。核心功能层包含创建文档版式、盖章、补充字体、浏览资料、打印文件、解密资料/归档等,而业务功能层则包含:发出文档、接受文档、查询统计、系统日志管理工作、系统维护等。系统还通过与全文检索引擎的结合,实现对海量公文的全文检索功能。经实验验证,系统的准确率及响应速度得到了显著提升。
In order to integrate the business needs of scientific research institutions for paperless office development and improve the effi-ciency and quality of scientific research institutions,this system uses Java as a development tool,adopts a three-layer architecture based on B/S mode,and constructs a multi-layer,cross-platform application structure.The architecture design of the system im-plements the design concepts and ideas of platform based management and component based applications,using unified data ex-change,interface standards,and unified security guarantees.It adopts a technical route of full process modeling and component layered development,and supports the reuse of large granular components.The core functional layer includes:format file genera-tion,official document sealing,document filling,official document browsing,official document printing,and official document declassification/archiving.The business function layer includes:official document sending,official document receiving,query sta-tistics,system log management,system management and maintenance,etc.The system also realizes the full-text retrieval func-tion for massive official documents through the combination of full-text search engine.
