摘要 采用超低聚合度PVC树脂、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂、氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚树脂、天然有机抗菌剂、医用级环氧大豆油等组成的改性配方体系,并通过特殊物理熔融捏合改性混料工艺,开发了内增塑PVC医用导管专用料。制品具有抗菌、表面光洁、热稳定性高、韧性和冲击性能好等优点,加工过程中未添加有毒增塑剂,因而不存在生物安全问题。 An self-plasticization PVC material special for medical catheters was developed from the modified formula system which consisted of ultra-low polymerization degree PVC resin,vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin,vinyl chloride-acrylic copolymer resin,natural organic antibacterial agent,medical grade epoxy soybean oil,etc.,by a special physical melting and kneading modification mixing process.The product had advantages such as antibacterial,smooth surface,high thermal stability,good toughness and impact performance.No toxic plasticizers was added during the processing,so there was no biosafety issue.
