近海盐渍地区大体积混凝土耐久特性研究

摘要 近海盐渍地区湿度大、腐蚀多元化,亟需提高混凝土抗腐蚀等耐久性。结合连云港某热电厂工程腐蚀环境,解决大体积混凝土的内外温差应力开裂风险和防腐耐久性问题,进行了配置混凝土的抗压强度、绝热温升、体积稳定性、抗氯离子侵蚀和抗硫酸盐侵蚀特性研究。结果表明近海盐渍地区大体积混凝土宜采用S95级矿粉和粉煤灰等防腐混合材,其中矿粉掺量30%~35%,粉煤灰+早强激发剂掺量20%~25%。基于新型地聚合物碱激发原理制备的激发剂能够有效避免大掺量混合材对混凝土早期强度的不良影响,从而避免其遭受腐蚀破坏的风险。大掺量掺合料的合理使用可以提高混凝土的工作性能和耐腐蚀性能,降低水泥用量,满足盐渍地区抗侵蚀及耐久性要求。研究可为近海盐渍地区抗腐蚀低收缩高性能混凝土的制备提供借鉴。 The high humidity and diversified corrosion in offshore saline areas urgently require improving the durability of concrete,such as corrosion resistance.Combined with the corrosive environment of a thermal power plant project in Lianyungang to address the risk of internal and external temperature difference stress cracking and anti-corrosion durability of mass concrete.Research was conducted on the compressive strength,adiabatic temperature rise,volume stability,resistance to chloride ion corrosion,and resistance to sulfate corrosion of configured concrete.The results indicate that anti-corrosion mixtures such as S95 grade mineral powder and fly ash should be used for mass concrete in offshore saline areas,with mineral powder content of 30%~35%and fly ash+early strength activator content of 20%~25%.The activator prepared based on the principle of novel geopolymer alkali excitation can effectively avoid the adverse effects of large amounts of admixtures on the early strength of concrete,thereby avoiding the risk of corrosion damage.The reasonable use of large amounts of admixtures can improve the workability and corrosion resistance of concrete,reduce cement consumption,and meet the requirements of corrosion resistance and durability in saline areas.The research can provide a foundation and reference for the preparation of corrosion-resistant,low shrinkage,and high-performance concrete in offshore saline areas.
