摘要
患者,女31岁。双下肢红斑、丘疹、溃疡伴疼痛2年余,加重3天。临床结合组织病理诊断为青斑样血管病,常规治疗欠佳,给予患者口服阿布昔替尼100 mg每日1次,治疗15周后,红斑、丘疹消退,萎缩性瘢痕及色素沉着减轻,溃疡愈合,疼痛得到控制。
A 31-year-old female presented with erythema,papules and ulcers with pain on the lower extremities for 2 years,aggravated for 3 days.Clinically combined with histopathologic biopsy,she was diagnosed with livedoid vasculopathy and had failed with conventional therapy.The patient was given 100mg oral abrocitinib once a day.After 15 weeks,the erythema and papules subsided,atrophic scar and pigmentatiom reduced,the ulcers healed and the pain was controlled.
