摘要
目的探讨雷公藤多苷联合百令胶囊对Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者炎性因子的影响及安全性分析。方法选择2017年1月—2021年6月收治肾功能正常的Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病70例,按治疗方法不同分为百令组和联合组,每组35例。在常规治疗基础上百令组给予百令胶囊治疗,联合组给予雷公藤多苷联合百令胶囊治疗。观察2组治疗前后血清炎性因子、肝功能以及血常规白细胞计数变化情况。结果治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平均较治疗前降低,且联合组低于百令组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白蛋白水平较治疗前升高,且联合组高于百令组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶水平及白细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷联合百令胶囊治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病,可明显改善患者炎症状态,且对肝功能及白细胞计数无明显影响,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of Tripterygium wilfordii multiglucoside combined with Bailing capsule on inflammatory factors in patients with stageⅣdiabetic nephropathy.Methods Seventy patients with stageⅣdiabetic nephropathy with normal renal function treated from January 2017 to June 2021 were selected and divided into Bailing group(n=35)and combination group(n=35)according to different treatment methods.The conventional treatment group was given Bailing capsule,and the combination group was given Tripterygium wilfordii multiglucoside combined with Bailing capsule.The changes of serum inflammatory factors,liver function and white blood cell(WBC)count before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the serum levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and lower in the combination group than in the Bailing group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum albumin level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and higher in combination group than in the Bailing group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in serum aspartate aminotransferase,alanine transferase and WBC count between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii multiglucoside combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of stageⅣdiabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the inflammatory state of patients,and has no significant effect on liver function and WBC count,with good safety.
