煤化工业园区土壤中多氯萘的浓度及来源分析

摘要 为了解煤化工业园区表层土壤中多氯萘(PCNs)的污染水平、空间分布特征和来源,建立了同位素稀释气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱的检测方法,对陕西某煤化工业园区表层土壤中的PCNs含量进行检测分析。结果表明,煤化工业园区表层土壤中PCNs质量浓度为0.358~1.349 ng/g,相对于2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并二噁英(PCDD/Fs)的毒性当量(TEQ)为3.000×10^(-4)~0.197 pg/g,与国内外各地区土壤PCNs相比,煤化工业园区土壤PCNs的浓度和毒性均处于中等水平。煤化工业园区土壤PCNs以低氯代为主,其中二氯萘和三氯萘占比高,分别为23.7%(质量分数,下同)~43.0%和41.7%~56.8%,焦化生产热过程为该煤化工业园区土壤PCNs污染的主要来源。 In order to explore the pollution level,spatial distribution characteristics and source of polychlorinated naphthalenes(PCNs)in surface soils of coal chemical industrial park,a method was developed for the simultaneous determination of PCNs in soil by isotope dilution gas chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.The concentrations,composition characteristics and pollution sources of PCNs in surface soils of coal chemical industrial park were analyzed and determined.The result showed that total concentrations of PCNs in all samples ranged from 0.358 to 1.349 ng/g and the toxic equivalents(TEQ)relative to 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin(PCDD/Fs)ranged from 3.000×10^(-4)to 0.197 pg/g.Compared with PCNs in soils of various regions at home and abroad,the concentrations and toxicity levels of PCNs in the soil of coal chemical industrial park were in the middle range.The PCNs in soil of the coal chemical industrial park were mainly low-chlorinated,among which dichloronaphthalene and trichloronaphthalene accounted for a high proportion of 23.7%(mass fraction,the same below)-43.0%and 41.7%-56.8%,respectively.The thermal process of coking production was the main source of soil PCNs contamination in this coal chemical industrial park.
