摘要
文章立足于“十三五”时期中国油气管网建设背景,以油气管网设施建设现状为基准,分析中国油气智慧管网建设所面临的机遇和挑战。通过对中国油气智能管网建设的内容、逻辑和技术落实等内容,提出了未来油气智慧管网发展的特征,即管网建设统筹规划、管网互联互通,管网设施公平开放、服务用户、多技术融合互通、强化管道“智慧基建”、构建管网智慧大脑等具体措施。
Based on the background of China’s oil and gas pipeline network construction during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by China’s oil and gas pipeline network construction based on the current situation of oil and gas pipeline network construction.Through the content,logic and technical implementation of the construction of China’s oil and gas smart pipe network,the characteristics of the future development of oil and gas smart pipe network are put forward,that is,the overall planning of pipe network construction,pipe network interconnection,pipe network facilities fair and open,service users,multi-technology integration and interconnection,strengthening the“smart infrastructure”of pipelines,and building the smart brain of pipe network and other specific measures.
