摘要
以一种大功率机车用氢燃料电池热管理系统为基础,通过对氢燃料电池热管理系统的总体结构特点、技术参数、技术设计进行计算分析,并根据整车联调试验验证不同运行工况下的控制策略,达到热的集成化、模块化设计,满足大功率机车用氢燃料电池冷却需求,使燃料电池系统保持在最佳工作温度下工作。
Based on a hydrogen fuel cell thermal management system for high-power locomotives,we calculated and analyzed the overall structural characteristics,technical parameters,and technical design of the hydrogen fuel cell thermal management system.And we verified the control strategies under different operating conditions through the vehicle combined tests,achieving integrated and modular thermal design,which meet the cooling requirements of hydrogen fuel cells for high-power locomotives and keep the fuel cell system operating at the optimal operating temperature.
