摘要
目的:探讨强脉冲光(IPL)联合人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年9月在广西壮族自治区皮肤病医院就诊的60例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以IPL治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,两组均治疗4周,比较两组患者的治疗效果(包括临床疗效、治疗前后皮损情况变化情况、不良反应情况、治疗前后生活质量)。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹脓疱、瘙痒的评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:表皮生长因子凝胶联合IPL治疗能明显改善玫瑰痤疮患者的皮损情况,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of rosacea.Methods Sixty patients with rosacea who visited Dermatology Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the observation group was treated with epidermal growth factor gel on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the treatment effects(including clinical efficacy,changes in skin lesions before and after treatment,adverse reactions,and quality of life index before and after treatment)of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of erythema,capillary dilation,papules and pustules,and itching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Epidermal growth factor gel combined with IPL can significantly improve the skin lesions of patients with rosacea without obvious adverse reactions.
