摘要
“十四五”时期,城市轨道交通行业进入数字化高速发展阶段,城市轨道交通企业应通过开展数智赋能平台的设计与探索,建立数字化技术标准体系,积极探索具有自身特色的数字化转型之路。为此,文章以南京地铁为例,在深入分析数字化建设需求的基础上,确定数智赋能平台的总体定位,并对平台的功能模块进行设计,然后介绍平台的建设成效,展望其发展前景。实践证明,数智赋能平台能够支撑城市轨道交通企业各业务板块数字化应用场景的快速构建,创新其构建模式,并有助于建立统一的数据标准及规范,支持多业务场景需求落地,为决策分析及调度指挥赋能,从而加快推进城市轨道交通企业数字化转型进程。
Throughout the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the urban rail transit industry has swiftly embraced digitalization.Consequently,urban rail transit enterprises must establish a standardized digital technology system by designing and exploring digital intelligent empowerment platforms.Furthermore,they should actively chart a path to digital transformation that aligns with their own characteristics.To illustrate this,this article employs Nanjing metro as a case study.By conducting a thorough analysis of digital construction needs,it defines the overall positioning of the digital intelligent empowerment platform,devises its functional modules,and outlines the construction outcomes along with future development prospects.Practical experience has demonstrated that the digital intelligent empowerment platform can expedite the creation of digital application scenarios for various business segments within urban rail transit enterprises.This innovation in construction models facilitates the establishment of unified data standards and specifications,supports the implementation of multi-business scenario requirements,and empowers decision-making analysis as well as dispatching and command.In turn,this accelerates the digital transformation of urban rail transit enterprises.
