摘要
目的分析在为Ⅱ型糖尿病心自主神经病变患者实施治疗的过程中木丹颗粒联合白虎汤加味治疗的临床效果以及对泌汗功能的影响。方法此次试验研究将2021年1月-2023年6月之间于天津市河东区中山门街社区卫生服务中心接受Ⅱ型糖尿病心自主神经病变治疗的患者54例作为试验对象,为了试验公平性,以电脑随机分组法将患者分为研究组与参照组,参照组27例患者实施西药治疗,研究组27例患者在参照组治疗的基础上加用木丹颗粒联合白虎汤加味治疗。结果与参照组患者相比,研究组患者治疗效果存在显著优势,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前血糖水平、炎症因子水平、泌汗功能以及心脏变异指标、中医证候积分均无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后研究组与参照组患者上述指标差异显著,P<0.05。结论在为Ⅱ型糖尿病心自主神经病变患者实施治疗的过程中,木丹颗粒联合白虎汤加味是一种理想的治疗方案,有助于患者的更好治疗与恢复,值得予以临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Mudan Granule combined with Baihu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with cardio-autonomic neuropathy and the effect on sweating function.Methods A total of 54 patients who received cardioautonomic neuropathy treatment for type 2 diabetes in the hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as experimental subjects.In order to be fair,the patients were divided into study group and reference group by computer randomized method.27 patients in the reference group received western medicine treatment.The 27 patients in the study group were treated with Mudan Granule combined with Baihu Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the reference group.Results Compared with the reference group,the therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly superior(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood glucose level,inflammatory factor level,sweating function,cardiac variation index and TCM syndrome score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes were significantly different between the study group and the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mudan Granule combined with Baihu Decoction is an ideal treatment for patients with cardio-autonomic neuropathy of type II diabetes,which is helpful for better treatment and recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
