摘要
目的观察螺旋CT冠脉成像技术与常规冠脉造影在冠心病诊断中的应用效果,并对两种检查方式的诊断准确度进行评估与评价。方法此研究为单中心、双盲、前瞻性病例对照研究,根据纳入、排除标准,该研究连续纳入2019年1月-2023年9月期间就诊于泰兴市人民医院的90名冠心病患者作为研究对象。应用随机数字表法开展随机分组,对照组(n=45)接受常规冠脉造影检查,观察组(n=45)应用螺旋CT冠脉成像技术进行检查。结果与对照组相比,观察组的冠脉管腔狭窄Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级检出率更低,同时该组的Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级检出率更高。与对照组相比,观察组的软斑块、纤维斑块、钙化斑块、混合斑块的检出率更高。比较两组的诊断效能,与对照组相比,观察组的敏感性、特异性、准确度均更高,且除特异性外,其余两项数据均有显著差异(P<0.05)。此外,观察组诊断时间更短,诊断费用更低,患者的满意度高于对照组,且这三项组间数据均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT冠脉成像技术用于冠心病诊断中可获得良好效果,不仅诊断效能较高,还具有时间短、费用低等优势。
Objective To observe the application effect of spiral CT coronary imaging and conventional coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods.Methods A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)were selected from Taixing People's Hospital from January 2019 to September 2023.The subjects were included and excluded according to the exclusion criteria.The control group(n=45)received conventional coronary angiography,and the observation group(n=45)received spiral CT coronary imaging.Results The detection rates of GradeⅠandⅡcoronary stenosis were lower in the observation group,while the detection rates of gradeⅢ,ⅣandⅤwere higher in this group.The detection rates of soft spot,fibrous spot,calcified spot and mixed spot were higher in the observation group.Compared the diagnostic efficacy of the two groups,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the observation group were higher,and except for the specificity,the other two data were significantly different(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group had shorter diagnosis time and lower diagnosis cost,and the satisfaction of patients was higher than that of the control group,and the data of these three groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT coronary imaging technique can obtain good results in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,not only has high diagnostic efficiency,but also has the advantages of short time and low cost.
