摘要
为了进一步提升破碎系统生产效率,新疆某选矿厂针对原有破碎系统细碎流程存在生产效率低、破碎设备维护成本高的问题,结合该选矿厂现场实际情况,进行了细碎流程生产效率提升技术改造研究。经技术改造,生产流程实现了多碎少磨,生产效率得到了明显提升,该选矿厂生产能力有效提升了5.73%,经济效益显著,可为同类选矿厂技术改造提供有益参考。
In order to further improve the production efficiency of crushing system in a concentrator of Xinjiang,aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and high maintenance cost of crushing equip⁃ment in the fine crushing process of the original crushing system,combined with the actual situation of the concentrator,the technical transformation study of the production efficiency improvement of the fine crush⁃ing process was carried out.After technical transformation,the production process has realized more crush⁃ing and less grinding,and the production efficiency has been significantly improved.The production capaci⁃ty of the concentrator has been effectively increased by 5.73%,and the economic benefit is remarkable,which can provide a useful reference for the technical transformation of similar concentrators.
