摘要
针对现有水泥注浆锚索施工工艺复杂、养护前期承载力差,无法在支护初期提供预紧力问题,选用涨壳端锚中空注浆锚索对新城金矿深部破碎围岩巷道进行加固支护。为验证该支护方法的支护能力和效果,分别在新城金矿9-3中段下盘运输巷和9-8中段斜坡道上坡段进行井下工业试验。试验结果表明,涨壳端锚中空注浆锚索锚固力在310 kN左右,并可在安装张拉后立即承载预定预紧力,支护效果优于传统注浆锚索。
In view of the complicated construction process and poor bearing capacity in the early stage of maintenance of the existing cement grouting anchor cable,the expanded shell end anchor hollow grouting cable support is used to reinforce and support the deep broken surrounding rock roadway of Xincheng Gold Mine.In order to verify the supporting ability and effect of this support method,underground industrial tests were carried out in the footplate transport lane in the middle section of 9-3 and the uphill section of the ramp in the middle section of 9-8 in Xincheng Gold Mine.The test results show that the anchorage force of the hol⁃low grouting anchor cable with the expanded shell end anchor is about 310 kN,and the supporting effect is better than that of the traditional grouting anchor cable.
