摘要
以《黄帝内经》经筋理论为依据,探讨从经筋论治原发性痛经。从经脉和脏腑角度阐释痛经与经筋的内在联系,分析论证认为经筋受邪,在局部形成筋结点,阻碍经脉和脏腑气血运行,不痛则通,导致痛经发生。以《内经》“以痛为输”理论定位筋结点,以“松筋解结”“在筋求筋”的经筋刺法理论,针刺松解局部病理性“横络”,疏通经脉气血,恢复脏腑功能,缓解痛经。该研究充实了经筋理论在治疗脏腑病的临床应用,探寻了经筋理论治疗痛经的理论依据,拓展了痛经的临床诊治思路。
Based on the theory of meridian tendons in Huangdi Neijing,this paper discusses the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea from the perspective of meridian tendons.The intrinsic connection between dysmenorrhea and meridians is explained from the perspective of meridians and viscera.The analysis demonstrates that the meridians are affected by evil,forming tendon nodes locally,which hinders the movement of qi and blood in the meridians and viscera,and leads to dysmenorrhea.Based on the theory of“treating pain as loss”in the“Nei Jing”to locate tendon nodes,and using the meridian and tendon acupuncture theory of“loosening tendons and untying knots”and“seeking tendons in tendons”,acupuncture loosens local pathological“horizontal collaterals”and dredges meridians.Qi and blood,restore organ function,relieve dysmenorrhea.This study enriches the clinical application of meridian and tendon theory in the treatment of viscera diseases,explores the theoretical basis of meridian and tendon theory in treating dysmenorrhea,and expands the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for dysmenorrhea.
