摘要
艺术课程是学前教育专业师范生艺术教学能力发展的关键。在对810名学前教育专业师范生进行艺术课程体验、课程满意度以及学业效能感的关系的调研中发现,在学生感知的艺术课程体验中,教师教学越强调艺术核心素养、良好教学的水平以及任务设置的合理性越高,学生对艺术课程的学习信心和教学质量的满意度越高;在学业效能感的作用下,良好的教学、适当的任务、明确的目标与标准更能影响学生的课程满意度。未来学前教育专业需要合理设置课程任务,注重“增质减负”;开展素养为本的有效教学,提高满意度;增强艺术课程学习的自信,激发学业效能感。
Art courses are crucial for the development of art teaching abilities for preschool education majors from normal universities.In a study involving 810 preschool education majors,it was found that there is a relationship between their art course experience,course satisfaction,and academic self-efficacy.In students’perceived art course experience,the more teachers emphasize core artistic competencies,maintain a high level of teaching quality,and have reasonable task settings,the higher students’confidence in their learning and satisfaction with the teaching quality of art courses.Under the influence of academic self-efficacy,effective teaching,appropriate tasks,clear goals and standards have a greater impact on students’course satisfaction.Therefore,in the future,preschool education programs need to set course tasks reasonably,focus on“improving quality and reducing burden”,implement effective competency-based teaching,improve satisfaction,and boost students’confidence in learning art courses to stimulate their academic self-efficacy.
