摘要
教育国际化背景为高等教育的规范化管理和教学质量提升提供了国际认证这一新路径。基于AUPHA国际认证获得成功的案例,分析AUPHA国际认证实施过程对武汉市某高校卫生管理本科专业在人才培养目标、教学资源配置、课程建设体系3方面的管理实践,基于高等教育理论与专业建设,结合国际化视野评价AUPHA国际认证对该校卫生管理本科专业人才培养质量的提升、教学资源的优化配置以及人才综合能力提升的实际效果,旨在为国内其他院校卫生管理本科专业目标体系建设、教育资源整合与课程体系建设等提供参考。
The background of education internationalization provides a new path of international certification for the standard management and teaching quality improvement of higher education.This article,based on a case of AUPHA international certification,analyzes the impact of AUPHA certification implementation on the management practices of an undergraduate health management program at a university in Wuhan in three aspects:talent development objectives,teaching resource allocation,and curriculum development system.Drawing upon higher education theory and professional development,and considering an international perspective,it evaluates the enhancement of the quality of talent development,the optimization of teaching resource allocation,and the actual improvement of comprehensive talent capabilities brought about by AUPHA international certification for this university's undergraduate health management program.This study will provide some suggestions for the construction of professional objective system,educational resources integration and curriculum system construction of health management undergraduates in other domestic universities.
