集成液压阀的试验台油缸设计

摘要 在设计40 000 kN液压支架试验台时,其外加载油缸需要配套液控双向锁、安全阀、压力表等液压系统部件,但由于试验台外加载油缸安装空间限制,这部分液压阀与连接胶管无法合理布置。如按照传统的液压阀和油缸布置结构,在试验台运行过程中,会导致液压阀和试验台机构的干涉,损坏液压阀。为此,设计了一种集成液压阀的试验台油缸,该油缸具有设计合理、结构紧凑、方便移动、安全性强的优点。 When designing a 40000 kN hydraulic support test bench,the external loading cylinder needs to be equipped with hydraulic system components such as hydraulic control two-way lock,safety valve,and pressure gauge.However,due to the limited installation space of the external loading cylinder on the test bench,these hydraulic valves and connecting hoses cannot be arranged reasonably.If the traditional layout structure of hydraulic valve and oil cylinder is followed,during the operation of the test bench,it may cause interference between the hydraulic valve and the test bench mechanism,resulting in damage to the hydraulic valve.For this purpose,a test bench oil cylinder with integrated hydraulic valves was designed,which has the advantages of reasonable design,compact structure,convenient movement,and strong safety.
