摘要
文中以BIM技术作为施工基础,介绍了高层建筑机电预制装配式机房的设计方案,主要强调支吊架系统、吊装与运输和管道系统的合理性,对于技术的施工应用从预制件的吊装、运输和现场安装等方面进行探究,总结出施工过程的关键环节,以期为类似工程提供参考。
The article uses BIM technology as the construction foundation to introduce the design scheme of the prefabricated mechanical and electrical equipment room in high-rise buildings,mainly emphasizing the rationality of the support and hanger system,lifting and transportation,and pipeline system,Exploring the applicationo f technology in construction from the aspects of lifting,transportation,and onsite installation of prefabricated components,and summarizingt he key links of the construction process,in order to providee ffective reference for similar projects.
