摘要
文中以某高层建筑工程为例,研究了铝模全现浇外墙施工技术,从铝模支架设计计算、模板支设、支撑加固等环节总结模板安装的要点,并分析了外墙施工中结构拉缝、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑以及模板拆除的标准要求,为类似工程提供参考。
Taking a high-rise building project as an example,the article focuses on studying the construction technology of fully cast-inplace aluminum formwork for exterior walls.The key points ofo frmwork installation are summarized from the aspects of aluminum formwork support design calculation,formwork support,support reinforcement,etc.The standard requirements for structural joints,steel bar binding,concrete pouring,and formwork removal in exterior wall construction are analyzed,and references are provided for similar projects.
