摘要
目的研究丙泊酚、舒芬太尼静脉麻醉联合利多卡因局部麻醉在腹腔镜输卵管结扎术中的应用效果。方法选取104例需接受腹腔镜输卵管结扎术治疗患者,利用Excel函数法分组,每组52例。对照组实施咪达唑仑、芬太尼、瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚、维库溴铵进行麻醉,试验组实施丙泊酚、利多卡因、舒芬太尼进行麻醉。比较两组不良反应发生情况、麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、清醒镇静评分量表(OAAS)评分及简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分。结果试验组不良反应发生率7.69%明显低于对照组的34.62%,苏醒时间短于对照组,OAAS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组麻醉诱导时间、MMSE评分均与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丙泊酚、舒芬太尼静脉麻醉联合利多卡因局部麻醉在腹腔镜输卵管结扎术中的应用效果显著,在进行临床麻醉时可加大对其重视度与使用力度,促进麻醉质量不断提升。
Objective To study the effect of propofol,sufentanil intravenous anesthesia combined with lidocaine local anesthesia in laparoscopic tubal ligation.Methods 104 patients requiring laparoscopic tubal ligation were selected and divided into 52 cases in each group by Excel function method.The control group was anesthetized with midazolam,fentanyl,remifentanil,propofol and vecuronium,while the experimental group was anesthetized with propofol,lidocaine and sufentanil.The occurrence of adverse reactions,induction time of anesthesia,recovery time,awake sedation score scale(OAAS)and simple mental state examination score scale(MMSE)were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions(7.69%)in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(34.62%),the recovery time was shorter than that in control group,and the OAAS score was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Anesthesia induction time and MMSE score of experimental group had no statistical significance compared with control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of propofol and sufentanil intravenous anesthesia combined with lidocaine local anesthesia in laparoscopic tubal ligation has significant effects,which can strengthen the attention and use of it in clinical anesthesia,and promote the continuous improvement of anesthesia quality.
