摘要
目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法选取70例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分组,每组35例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗基础上联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后研究组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组,促黄体生成素(LH)、雄激素及胰岛素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率94.29%高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物基础上联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,可调节患者雌激素水平,对患者雄激素、胰岛素水平有显著抑制效果,有效改善患者内分泌水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ethinestradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 70 patients with PcoS were selected and divided into 35 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with ethinestradiol cyproterone tablets on the basis of conventional drugs.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),androgen and insulin in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional drugs combined with ethoestradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,the effect is significant,can adjust the sex hormone level of patients,has a significant inhibition effect on the androgen and insulin levels of patients,and effectively improve the endocrine level of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
