磁悬浮冷水机组在节能改造项目中的实测与分析

摘要 本文根据空调厂家提供的磁悬浮冷水机组性能参数,评价磁悬浮机组能效水平,机组COP为6,IPLV为11,达到冷水机组国家一级能效标准。对青岛市采用磁悬浮冷水机组进行节能改造的项目进行数据监测,结果表明,机组负荷率和冷却水回水温度对磁悬浮机组效率有明显影响。空调系统控制策略会影响磁悬浮机组的实际运行能效,磁悬浮冷水机组应用在实际项目中,存在建筑负荷供需不匹配,输配系统能耗偏高的问题。提高机房整体能效,需根据建筑的实际情况,合理选用高效设备,并搭配合理的输配系统及控制策略。 This article evaluates the energy efficiency level of the magnetic levitation chiller unit based on the performance parameters provided by the air conditioning manufacturer.The unit has a COP of 6 and an IPLV of 11,meeting the national first-class energy efficiency standard for chillers.The data monitoring of the energy-saving renovation project using magnetic levitation chillers in Qingdao shows that the unit load rate and cooling water return temperature have a significant impact on the efficiency of magnetic levitation chillers.The control strategy of the air conditioning system will affect the actual operational energy efficiency of the magnetic levitation chiller.When the magnetic levitation chiller is applied in practical projects,there is a mismatch between building load supply and demand,and the energy consumption of the transmission and distribution system is relatively high.To improve the overall energy efficiency of the computer room,it is necessary to select efficient equipment reasonably based on the actual situation of the building,and match it with a reasonable transmission and distribution system and control strategy.
