摘要
对萍安钢铁湘东炼钢厂在利用转炉出钢时采用生铁直接合金化的可行性进行了理论分析,并依据分析结果开展工艺实践。实践结果表明,生铁中固有的碳、硅、锰元素均可作为钢水的合金化元素。在转炉出钢前,向钢包加入生铁块50kg,在对出钢温降影响可控的情况下,对钢水进行增碳、增硅、增锰,同时可直接将生铁转化成钢水,不影响钢水硫、磷含量,能达到下道工序钢水成分和温度的控制要求。炼钢生铁直接脱氧合金化工艺是一种创新的脱氧合金化工艺,为进一步提升炼钢厂产能和经济技术指标开辟了一条新路.
The feasibility of using pig iron direct alloying during converter steelmaking at Ping'an Iron and Steel Xiangdong Steelmaking Plant was theoretically analyzed,and process practice was carried out based on the analysis results.The practical results indicate that the inherent carbon,silicon,and manganese elements in pig iron can all be used as alloying elements for molten steel.Before steelmaking in the converter,50 kg of pig iron blocks are added to the ladle to increase carbon,silicon,and manganese content of the molten steel while controlling the temperature drop during steelmaking.At the same time,pig iron can be directly converted into molten steel without affecting the sulfur and phosphorus content,which can meet the requirements for controlling the composition and temperature of the molten steel in the next process.The direct deoxidation alloying process for steelmaking pig iron is an innovative deoxidation alloying process,which opens up a new path for further improving production capacity and economic and technical indicators in steelmaking plant.
