摘要
某炼钢厂利用连铸方坯在生产200 mm×200 mm GCr15轴承钢时,发现铸坯表面断断续续地出现纵向渣沟缺陷,对此类缺陷进行取样,并进行相关检测分析与工艺排查。结果表明:结晶器保护渣理化性能不合理引起的铸坯表面润滑不良是造成高碳铬GCr15铸坯渣沟的主要原因。通过调整保护渣关键理化指标,确保结晶器内铸坯的良好润滑效果,经过长期实践验证,有效预防了连铸坯表面渣沟缺陷的发生。
When 200 mm×200 mm GCr15 bearing steel of continuous casting billets in the steelmaking plant are produced,it was found that there were intermitent longitudinal slag groove defects on the surface of the casting billet.Samples were taken for such defects,and relevant testing analysis and process investigation were conducted.The results indicate that the poor surface lubrication caused by the unreasonable physical and chemical properties of the crystallizer protective slag is the main reason for the slag grooves in high carbon chromium GCr15 castings.By adjusting the key physical and chemical indicators of the protective slag,the good lubrication effect of the casting billet in the crystalizer is ensured.After long-term practical verification,the occurrence of slag groove defects on the surface of the continuous casting billet has been effectively prevented.
