基于热力学分析的铜冶炼SO_(3)控制研究

摘要 基于FactSage热力学分析软件的基础上,研究了铜冶炼过程中SO_(3)生成的情况,并分析了铜冶炼过程中对SO_(3)控制所需的参数,提出一种使用抑制剂的铜冶炼SO_(3)控制方法。结果表明,在SO_(2)初始含量为14%的环境中,SO_(3)减少率达到72.90%;在O_(2)初始含量为2%的环境中,SO_(3)减少率达到85.7%,说明研究方法具有较高的铜冶炼SO_(3)控制性能。 Based on the use of FactSage thermodynamic analysis software,the generation of SO_(3)in copper smelting process was studied,and the parameters required for SO_(3) control in copper smelting process were analyzed.A copper smelting SO_(3)control method using inhibitors was proposed.The resuls showed that the research method achieved a reduction rate of 72.90%in SO_(3)in an environment with an initial SO_(2) content of 14%.In an environment with an initial O_(2) content of 2%,the reduction rate of SO_(3) reached 85.7%,indicating that the research method has high SO_(3)control performance in copper smelting.
