摘要
近年来,宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌三大妇科恶性肿瘤发病率呈上升趋势,严重影响女性患者的生命健康,而妇科肿瘤的发生发展与蛋白功能的调控有关。真核细胞起始因子3(eIF3)a是eIF3最大的组成亚基,是参与蛋白质形成的重要因子,eIF3a在宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌组织中均呈高表达,并通过多种机制参与肿瘤的发生发展及转移,同时与肿瘤化疗药物、放疗反应密切相关,影响患者预后。未来eIF3a有望成为妇科恶性肿瘤治疗的新靶点,对改善治疗效果及患者预后具有重要意义。
In recent years,the incidences of cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer are on the rise,seriously affecting the life and health of female patients,and the occurrence and development of gynecologic tumors is related to the regulation of protein function.The eukaryotic initiation factor 3(eIF3)a is the largest subunit of eIF3 and an important factor involved in protein formation.eIF3a is highly expressed in cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer,and is also involved in the occurrence,development and metastasis of tumors through various mechanisms,closely related to the response of tumor chemotherapeutic drugs and radiotherapy,affecting the prognosis of the patients.In the future,eIF3a is expected to become a new target in the treatment of gynecologic malignancies,which is of great significance for improving the therapeutic effect and patient prognosis.
