腹外侧中脑导水管周围灰质参与心血管调节的研究进展

摘要 心血管疾病对人类健康造成严重危害,近年腹外侧中脑导水管周围灰质(vlPAG)在心血管中的调节作用受到关注。vlPAG是中脑边缘系结构,其与内脏功能活动的调控以及镇痛作用等有关,并通过多种受体(谷氨酸受体、毒蕈碱受体、大麻素受体等)以及多种神经递质(谷氨酸、内源性大麻素、γ-氨基丁酸等)参与心血管的调控作用。深入研究vlPAG的心血管调节机制对于临床防治相关心血管疾病(高血压、冠心病等)有重要意义。 Cardiovascular diseases pose a serious threat to human health,and in recent years,the regulatory role of the ventrolateral periaqueductal gray(vlPAG)in cardiovascular disease has received attention.vlPAG is a structure of the midbrain limbic system,which is related to the regulation of visceral functional activities and analgesic effects,and is regulated through various receptors(glutamate receptor,muscarine receptor,cannabinoid receptor,etc.)and various neurotransmitters(glutamate,endogenous cannabinoids,γ-aminobutyric acid,etc.)are involved in the regulation of cardiovascular function.Deeply studying the cardiovascular regulatory mechanism of vlPAG is of great significance for the clinical prevention and treatment of related cardiovascular diseases(such as hypertension and coronary heart disease).
