摘要
随着癌症患者数量不断增多,癌症已经成为世界公共卫生健康问题,化疗作为癌症治疗的有效方法之一,其需求不断增加,造成医疗资源紧张和患者住院困难,居家化疗能够有效缓解此现象。本文对居家化疗的定义、分类、内容、现状、优势及影响因素进行梳理和总结,结合我国化疗现状,从成立居家化疗的多学科团队、安全管理、互联网管理方面提出建议,以期为我国医务人员安全有效开展居家化疗提供参考。
With the increase in the number of cancer patients,cancer has become a public health problem in the world.As one of the effective methods of cancer treatment,the demand for chemotherapy is increasing,resulting in the shortage of medical resources and the difficulty in hospitalization for patients.Home chemotherapy can effectively alleviate this phenomenon.In this paper,the definition,classification,content,status quo,advantages and influencing factors of home-based chemotherapy were sorted out and summarized.With the status quo of home-based chemotherapy in China,suggestions were put forward from the aspects of setting up multidisciplinary team,safety management and Internet management of home-based chemotherapy,in order to provide rationale for Chinese medical staff to carry out home-based chemotherapy safely and effectively.
