锂离子电容器的工作特性及其在混合动力汽车上的应用研究

摘要 从锂离子电池作为混合动力汽车储能单元时面临的充放电功率不足、低温性能不满足整车低温启动要求以及低温行驶出现蠕行等问题出发,研究与锂离子电容器相比锂离子电池在充放电、内阻、安全性能以及循环耐久等方面的优劣势。基于锂离子电容器工作特性的研究结果,通过搭建整车动力性和经济性仿真模型,预测锂离子电容器工作特性对于整车动力性和经济性的影响。最终,通过实车搭载试验研究锂离子电容器应用于混合动力汽车对于整车动力性和经济性的影响,探索在混合动力汽车上以锂离子电容器替代锂离子电池的可行性,并为未来锂离子电容器在混合动力汽车上的应用提供有益的技术指导。 From the lithium-ion battery as a hybrid electvic vehicle energy storage unit faces insufficient charging and discharging power,low-temperature performance does not meet the vehicle low-temperature starting and low-temperature driving creep and other problems.The advantages and disadvantages of lithium-ion batteries compared with lithium-ion capacitors in terms of charging and discharging,internal resistance,safety performance and cycle durability are studied.Based on the research results of the operating characteristics of lithium-ion capacitors,the simulation model of economy of the whole vehicle is constructed.The impact of the operating characteristics of lithium-ion capacitors on the overall vehicle power and economy is predicted.Finally,the effects of lithium-ion capacitors on the dynamics and economy of hybrid electvic vehicles are investigated through real-vehicle on-board tests,and the feasibility of replacing lithium-ion batteries with lithium-ion capacitors in hybrid electvic vehicles is explored,and useful technical guidance is provided for the application of lithium-ion capacitors in hybrid electvic vehicles in the future.
