摘要
通过进行点位分解、预警反馈与调整,可进一步减少卷烟制丝生产线的烟叶过程损耗,降低制造成本和减少烟叶造碎,稳定产品工艺质量。文章研究建立卷烟制丝过程消耗即时化管控平台,平台系统由计量监测预警、电子秤重量监测预警、过程工序监测预警、剔除物监测预警等模块组成,形成系统平台式的即时化管控方式。自动监测并实时预警生产线过程工序电子秤重量、各工序标准重量转化率、工序间消耗水平趋势和剔除物重量。提前锁定过程烟叶损耗环节和点位,联动生产设备联控,使生产过程消耗管理的响应及时,优化更具针对性,实现制丝成本即时化管控。
By performing point decomposition,early warning feedback,and adjustment,the loss of tobacco leaves in the tobacco production line can be further reduced,manufacturing costs and tobacco crushing can be reduced,and product process quality can be stabilized.The article studies the establishment of a real-time control platform for the consumption of cigarette shredding process.The platform system is composed of measurement monitoring and early warning,electronic scale weight monitoring and early warning,process monitoring and early warning,removal monitoring and early warning and other modules,forming a system platform-based real-time management and control mode.Automatic monitoring and real-time early warning of the electronic scale weight of the process of the production line,the conversion rate of standard weight of each process,the trend of consumption level between processes and the weight of removed materials.Locking the loss link and point of tobacco leaf in advance,linkage production equipment joint control,so that the response of production process consumption management is timely,optimization is more targeted,and realize the real-time costs management and control of tobacco production.
