光控超润湿TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O表面的制备与表征

摘要 将制备的量子点增强型Cu_(2)O和纳米TiO_(2)水溶胶复配后,采用轧-烘-焙工艺对棉织物进行整理,构建光控超润湿TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O棉织物表面(TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O-Cotton)。采用场发射电子扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、光电子能谱仪(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(DRS)对TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O-Cotton的微观形貌、晶型结构、化学状态和光学性能进行表征,以光辐射前后其与水的接触角评估表面润湿性。结果表明,TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O通过轧-烘-焙工艺附着在原棉织物表面,在可见光照射下其表面会从疏水状态转变为超亲水状态,具有智能光控润湿性转换特性。 Cotton fabric is finished by quantum dot-enhanced Cu_(2)O and nano-TiO_(2)hydrosol complexes through padding-drying-curing process to construct a photocontrolled super-wetting TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O cotton fabric surface(TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O-Cotton).The microscopic morphology,crystal structure,chemical state and optical properties of TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O-Cotton are analyzed using field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(RDS).The surface wettability of TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O-Cotton is evaluated by measuring its contact angle with water before and after optical irradiation.The results show that the TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O are attached to the surface of raw cotton fabric by the paddingdrying-curing process,and it has intelligent photocontrolled wettability conversion properties which could tran⁃sition from a hydrophobic state to a superhydrophilic state under visible light irradiation.
