聚噁二唑纱线的还原染料染色

摘要 聚噁二唑(POD)纤维存在光稳定性不足、耐日晒色牢度差的问题,选用日晒牢度优异的3种不同颜色的还原染料对POD纱线进行染色试验,研究其染色性能及色牢度。研究表明,3%(omf)还原红/黄/蓝染料染色POD纱线的K/S值分别达到6.5/9.2/11.4,耐日晒色牢度、耐干/湿摩擦色牢度均可达到3~4级,耐汗渍色牢度、耐水洗色牢度均可达到4~5级。同时,染色对POD纱线的热学性能和力学性能影响不显著。 To solve the problems of insufficient photostability and poor color fastness to sunlight of poly-1,3,4-oxadiazoles(POD)fiber,three vat dyes with excellent sunlight fastness are selected to study the dyeing proper⁃ties and color fastness.The results show that the K/S value can reach 6.5,9.2,and 11.4 respectively after dyed with 3%(omf)vat dyes in red,yellow and blue,and the color fastness to sunlight as well as the dry/wet rubbing fastness can reach Grade 3-4.The color fastness to perspiration and washing can reach Grade 4-5.The dye⁃ing has no significant effect on the thermal and mechanical properties of POD yarns.
