流程行业是国民经济的重要支柱,机泵类设备作为流程行业的核心设备,其健康状态对于保证生产线的稳定运行、提高产品质量具有至关重要的作用。本文研究了面向机泵类设备的多源数据特征融合技术。该技术旨在通过融合多个来源的数据特征,提升机泵类设备健康状态评估的全面性和准确性。文章阐述了多源数据的获取、预处理以及特征融合的关键技术,探讨了如何有效地整合不同来源的数据特征,以实现对机泵类设备健康状态的准确评估。该研究对于提高设备的运行效率、降低维修成本并确保生产线稳定运行具有重要意义。
Process industry is an important pillar of the national economy,machine and pump equipment as the core equipment of the process industry,its health status to ensure the stable operation of the production line,improve product quality has a vital role.The paper investigates the multi-source data feature fusion technology for machine and pump equipment.This technique aims to improve the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the health status assessment of machine and pump equipment by fusing data features from multiple sources.The paper describes the key techniques of multi-source data acquisition,pre-processing and feature fusion,and discusses how to effectively integrate data features from different sources to achieve accurate assessment of the health status of machine and pump equipment.This study is of great significance for improving the operational efficiency of equipment,reducing maintenance costs and ensuring the stable operation of production lines.
