摘要
监测城镇下水管网、化粪池产生的以甲烷为主的易燃易爆、有毒有害气体十分必要。为解决城镇下水道管网、化粪池可燃气体监测布线成本高、取电困难、水汽重、敏感元件易腐蚀等问题,设计了一种基于光电互补的无线激光甲烷传感器,采用可充电锂电池和太阳能互补供电,实时采集环境可燃气体浓度,并通过无线网络上传到服务器,彻底突破线缆的束缚,实现可燃气体检测的全区域覆盖。文章详细介绍了传感器的光电互补电源电路、无线通信电路、激光甲烷信号采集电路的设计。现场实验表明,所设计的传感器安装方便,稳定性高,通信可靠,完全满足下水道、化粪池等环境可燃气体实时监测的要求。
It is necessary to monitor the flammable,explosive,poisonous and harmful gas mainly produced by urban sewer pipe network and septic tank.Aimed at the problems of high wiring cost,difficult power supply,heavy water vapor and easy corrosion of sensitive elements in urban sewage pipe network and septic tank combustible gas monitoring,a wireless laser methane sensor based on solar energy combined with battery supply is designed in this paper,which uses rechargeable lithium battery and solar energy to supply,the sensor collects the concentration of combustible gas in the environment in real time,and uploads it to the server through the wireless network.This paper introduces the design of photoelectric complementary power supply circuit,wireless communication circuit and laser methane signal acquisition circuit of the sensor in detail.Field experiments show that the designed sensor is easy to install,high in stability and reliable in communication,and fully meets the requirements of real-time monitoring of combustible gas in sewage,septic tank and other environments.
