基于新文科背景的高校基层教学组织学科交叉融合实践探讨

摘要 在新文科背景下,基层教学组织的学科交叉融合已成为一种趋势和必然。该文通过分析基层教学组织在学科交叉融合方面面临的挑战和机遇,探讨了构建跨学科教学团队、设立跨学科课程、开展跨学科研究项目等实践方法,并总结了这些实践方法在提升教学质量、培养创新型人才、促进科研成果转化以及增强组织活力和竞争力等方面的实践效果,最后提出了未来推动基层教学组织学科交叉融合的几点建议和展望。 In the context of the new liberal arts,the interdisciplinary integration of grassroots teaching organiza-tions has become a trend and necessity.This article analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by grassroots teaching organizations in interdisciplinary integration,explores practical methods for building interdisciplinary teaching teams,establishing interdisciplinary courses,conducting interdisciplinary research projects,and summa-rizes the practical effects of these methods in improving teaching quality,cultivating innovative talents,promoting the transformation of scientific research results,and enhancing organizational vitality and competitiveness.Fi-nally,this article proposes several suggestions and prospects for promoting the interdisciplinary integration of grassroots teaching organizations in the future.
