摘要 化工企业在生产过程中不可避免会产生很多工业废水、污水,为此需要采用不同的处理工艺净化污水、提高水质。过滤法、重力法、离心机法以及渗透膜分离法等物理处理技术操作简单,适合去除化工污水中的悬浮物质;混凝沉淀、中和法、化学转换法等化学处理技术能够去除污水中的重金属、剧毒等成分;好氧生物处理法、厌氧生物处理法以及组合处理法能够将化工污水中的有机物进行降解,具有资源回收性。单一的污水处理技术优劣各异,因此介绍了化工企业污水处理的多种处理方法,希望可以提升污水处理质量。 Chemical enterprises inevitably produce a lot of industrial wastewater and sewage in the production process,so different treatment processes need to be adopted to purify sewage and improve water quality.The physical treatment technologies such as filtration,gravity,centrifugation,and membrane permeation separation are easy to operate and suitable for removing suspended substances from chemical wastewater.Chemical treatment technologies such as coagulation sedimentation,neutralization,and chemical conversion can remove heavy metals,highly toxic components,and other pollutants from wastewater.Aerobic biological treatment,anaerobic biological treatment,and combined treatment methods can degrade organic compounds in chemical wastewater and have resource recovery capabilities.The advantages and disadvantages of a single sewage treatment technology vary.Therefore,various treatment methods for sewage treatment in chemical enterprises are introduced to improve the quality of sewage treatment.
