大倾角工作面采煤工艺方案设计及实践

摘要 为解决某煤矿支护系统不稳定、支架倒滑、开采效率低等问题,通过分析大倾角煤层的地质条件,提出采用倾斜分段采煤方案,选择配套的机械设备,在工作面上进行实际应用,结果表明:工作面的循环产量为268 t,月平均进度为56 m,月平均产量为20044 t,回采率为83%,工作面的作业成本整体上有所降低,开采效益得到提升。 In order to solve the problems of unstable support system,backward sliding of supports,and low mining efficiency in a certain coal mine,the geological conditions of high dip coal seams were analyzed,and a inclined segmented mining scheme was proposed.The matching mechanical equipment was selected and applied in the working face.The results showed that the cyclic production of the working face was 268 tons,the monthly average progress was 56 meters,the monthly average production was 20044 tons,and the recovery rate was 83%.The overall cost of working face operations has been reduced,and the mining efficiency has been improved.
