均压通风技术在采面回风隅角低氧治理中的应用

摘要 5203综采工作面受埋深较浅,同时采面采空区与上覆煤层采空区、地面漏风裂隙等存在漏风通道,导致5203综采工作面回采推进期间存在回风隅角CO浓度超标以及氧气浓度偏低等问题,制约采面安全生产。结合采面通风系统以及现场生产条件,提出将均压通风技术应用到采面回风隅角氧气浓度偏低治理中,通过采面与采空区间压力平衡,达到控制有害气体向回采空间涌入目的。依据现场情况,确定均压通风机型号以及均压通风设施布置情况。现场应用后,5203综采工作面回风隅角CO浓度偏高以及氧气浓度偏低等问题得以较好解决,可确保采面煤炭安全回采。 The 5203 fully mechanized mining face is buried shallowly,and there are air leakage channels between the goaf and the overlying coal seam,as well as ground air leakage cracks.This has led to problems such as excessive CO concentration in the return air corner and low oxygen concentration during the mining process of the 5203 fully mechanized mining face,which restricts the safety production of the mining face.Based on the ventilation system of the mining face and on-site production conditions,it is proposed to apply the pressure equalization ventilation technology to the treatment of low oxygen concentration in the return air corner of the mining face.By balancing the pressure between the mining face and the goaf,the goal is to control the influx of harmful gases into the mining space.Based on the on-site situation,the model of the uniform pressure ventilation fan and the layout of the uniform pressure ventilation facilities are determined.After on-site application,the problems of high CO concentration and low oxygen concentration in the return air corner of the 5203 fully mechanized mining face have been effectively solved,which can ensure the safe recovery of coal in the mining face.
