摘要
建立了预浓缩-GC-MS/FID双检测器同时测定环境空气中104种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。利用中心切割,将C2~C3低沸点组分与其他组分切割到不同极性色谱柱分离,分别用FID和MS检测,提高了低碳组分的分析灵敏度。方法线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为0.01×10^(-9)~0.12×10^(-9),RSD为0.5%~15.6%,加标回收率为83.4%~106%。
A method for simultaneous determination of 104 volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in ambient air by preconcentration injecting-GC-MS/FID dual detector was developed.With central cutting technique,C2~C3 low boiling point components and other components were cut into different polar chromatographic columns and detected by FID and MS respectively,which improved the analytical sensitivity of low boiling point components.The performance index of the method was satisfied with the correlation coefficients all greater than 0.99,the detection limits from 0.01×10^(-9)to 0.12×10^(-9),relative standard deviation from 0.5%to 15.6%,and the recoveries from 83.4%to 106%.
