摘要
本文从符号学与现象学的综合视角出发,讨论审美自律这一在当代美学中备受质疑的观念。审美自律并不是一个脱离于实践的特殊社会领域,而是一种主体的特殊意识行为。此类行为的第一个特征,是悬置对于事物甚至是整个世界的执态;而所谓的利害,实际上必须基于对世界和对象的实在判定。自律的审美行为的第二个特征,则是关注事物的形式。通过回到亚里士多德的“形式”概念,笔者试图阐明为何自律的审美经验需要关注对象的形式。
This article discusses the notion of aesthetic disinterest-ness which is largely criticized in contemporary aesthetics.I discuss this topic from an approach which is both semiotic and phenomenological.I argue that what is disinterest is not a social realm that is different from the pragmatic one,but is a special form of consciousness.The first feature of such experience is that it stops the“position-taking”on the reality of the world itself in a phenomenological sense,while the interest is nothing but an object of a position taking act.The second feature of the disinterest it that this experience is focused on the form.I clarify the aesthetic sense of the term form by come back to the historical origin of it,namely the philosophy of Aristotle.
