摘要
邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)是一种具有致癌、致畸、致突变毒性效应的环境内分泌干扰物,其会随污水厂出水进入环境介质,从而影响人体健康.本研究采用气相质谱联用和生态风险评估模型研究了工业和生活污水处理厂中PAEs的分布特征,去除效率及出水中PAEs的健康风险与生态风险.研究结果表明:污水中PAE s的总含量为9.27~34.97μg·L^(-1),污泥中PAEs的总含量为10.97~38.16μg·g^(-1).工业污水处理厂和生活污水处理厂对PAEs的总去除率分别为52.49%~88.15%和96.2%~96.97%,且PAEs的主要通过生物降解途径被去除.污水厂出水中的PAEs对人体无致癌风险,同时对绿藻和水蚤均无明显风险,但对鱼类具中低等生态风险.本研究为污水厂后续针对PAEs去除进行水处理工艺优化提供了理论基础.
Phthalate(PAEs)is a kind of environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals with carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic toxicity.It will enter the environmental media with the effluent from wastewater treatment plant and affect human health.The distribution characteristics of PAEs in industrial and domestic wastewater treatment plants,removal efficiency and the health and ecological risks of PAEs in effluent were studied by using gas mass spectrometry and ecological risk assessment model.The results showed that the total content of PAEs in sewage was 9.27~34.97μg·L^(-1),and 10.97~38.16μg·g^(-1) in sludge.The total removal rates of PAEs in industrial wastewater treatment plants and domestic wastewater treatment plants were 52.49%~88.15%and 96.2%~96.97%,respectively,and PAEs was mainly removed through biodegradation.PAEs in sewage plant effluent has no carcinogenic risk to human body,and has no obvious risk to green algae and daphnia,but has low and medium ecological risk to fish.This study provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent water treatment process optimization of PAEs removal in wastewater plants.
